Bosch Drill Mod Complete

I recently modified my Bosch Bulldog hammer drill so that I can use external sealed lead-acid (SLA) 12 volt 3 Ah rechargeable batteries. This means more time drilling and less time dealing with drained batteries. Overall the process wasn’t that difficult. Just removed the handle of the drill and rewired the inside with some cord and a plug. Then I ran about 50 feet of cord through a piece of webbing to protect it and keep it from tangling. Next I wired the batteries in series and place a plug on them. Now everything is easily plugged together and ready to rock. And no, you can’t borrow it.
